Our client is an international organization in Almere.
Job Description
We are recruiting a French speaking commercial customer service representative for an international organization in Almere. You will be the contact person between the dealers and het organization. Most of the time you will be in contact with French organizations. You handle shipments, must prioritize and you will be responsible for an accurate registration of serial numbers in SAP. The goal is to sell as much as possible and inform the dealers, clients and other potential customers of the best possible process and deliveries, within the technical specifications and company rules and regulations. You are able to calculate margins, you are service minded and client friendly. As a commercial customer service representative you are accountable for assisting the general manager in drawing up correct invoices for dealers and customers.

Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates which fit the following profile:
- Must have technical affinity within logistics and sound understanding of the material, equipment and manufacturing processes;
- Must be accurate an have an affinity with numbers;
- An education at HBO level as well as a pro-active attitude;
- Must have work experience in an industry related technical environment preferably construction works is required;
- Must be fluent in French, Dutch and the English language;
- Must be able to travel to France every two months;
- Must have experience in working with SAP. MS office Word and Excel.
