We are looking for Customer Service Representatives/Technical Support Agents who speak fluently English (near native or native speaker!). Our client is located in Venlo and is a world wide renowned company that is a leader in digital imaging products. Your main tasks will be: As a technical support agent, you answer phone calls and/or e-mails from clients and customers who have technical questions/difficulties. In each case, professional interaction with the customer and resolving the issue is the key. You will be thoroughly trained by our client to ensure that you have the tools and abilities to help your customer.

Your qualities:
- Client and service oriented, helpful and positive
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluently in English, speaking and writing (near native speaker, very important!) and preferrably in Dutch too, but is is not a strict requirement
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Experience or affinity with ICT
Availability
- Flexible availability between 30-36 hours
- Fulltime availability during the training of 3 weeks
- You live +/- 50 km from Venlo (very important!)
